  • What a crock of a video. Was this produced by the dingbat mayor of Dilworth so he doesn't have the diversion go through his precious community? North Dakota should put a toll on Dilworth residents coming to work in Fargo to pay for a ND diversion...and then prohibit Dilworth residents from using Fargo services (hospitals, etc.) Dilworth can return the favor by prohibiting Fargo residents from utilizing their services (one stoplight and a gas station).

  • I can assure you it was not created by the mayor of Dilworth. No one should be putting tolls on anyone else in the region, we should all be fighting for real flood protection, not cheap Corps projects that are not even designed to protect against what we experienced in 2009. If you don't believe me, ask the Corps directly "Is the MN NED Diversion designed for a 125 year flood event?"

  • what a terrible video

  • Terrible video or terrible idea? I would rather have you think the prior.
