Rusty's photographs were CONFISCATED by our govt. Then, they were entered into the COURT RECORD AND DESTROYED, BY OUR GOVERNMENT. They were not just lost "somehow."

If you bothered to educate yourself before making such embarassing comments, you would know that Rusty REFUSED to accept $100,000 from Hunter S. Thompson to help film Thompson's snuff movies. Hunter was "suicided" when he became so disgusted with those paying him he was about to tell the public. How about putting those who FUNDED the snuff movies behind bars?? Duh!

A friend of mine is an Oregon lawyer. He told me of an incident where a 17 year old girl got pregnant and in her lawsuit against the police listed 11 names of potential father's. All were law  enforcement offiers. She was given a large sum of money under the order to never seek a paternity test.

Now, while ANYONE who's been ordered not to talk about things brings up the suspicion of legitimacy of such an accusation just ask yourself how many documents you've signed that demand secrecy.

Rusty didnt lose the evidence alot of it his pictures were confiscated by the Oregon Sherriffs department and were destroyed when Rusty tried to retrieve the pictures after he got out of jail Rustys lawyer John Decamp actually saw some of the pictures that were confiscated from his van when he was arrested.John Decamp was only given a short time to look at the pictures when he visted Rusty in jail.

Rusty didnt know he was going to be photographing children. He was approached by a man named Sam Soda who worked for Larry King to be Larrys personal photographer assistant while Rusty was photgraphing a drag queen show at a gay bar in Omaha called the Max only to make money and sell his pictures to the performers as a side business.In the beginning working for Larry everything was legit until he got in over his head when he found out the crimes involved with Larry King

No need to be so excitable. This was NOT an interrogation or deposition. For reasons stated on my blog, I had little doubt that Rusty was telling me the truth. We worked together to get it on tape. The edits were to fit it into 4 parts instead of a dozen. Nothing deceptive going on here. In fact, Rusty granted this interview because he believed Nick Bryant WAS tampering with the truth to discredit him. Confrontation triggers Rusty's amnesia programming, so we kept it low key.

It's been over a year ago, and it looks like you still haven't given me a "laundry list" of items you'd consider good "Conspiracy fodder." What's more, how is it fear-mongering? @curiouscrutiny - these monkeys failed every juncture of their lives that required thinking, and the first thing they can't WAIT to do is run their mouths on youtube comments. I'm glad you agree; I find the skepticism of skepticism and the "Nothing to see here, move along, move along" attitude a nightmare, politically.
