@JFK410 "chupa" means under the canopy of the wedding ceremony, according to ancient jewish custom.

@rangosd In a nutshell he says that Hashem listened to the prayer of our Matriarch rachel before he listened to the prayer of our forefathers Avrohm Yitzchok and Yakev (whose souls come to each holy wedding), why? he asks. Because she cried for her children, she was answered. So too the bride and groom cried so much with prayers on the day of the wedding, they should be answered. (and since the rebbe was crying at this point, he makes his own prayer for all jewish children...)
