@yezaw1001 Lots of ways. You can do wall sits, lift weights with your legs, etc. They also need to be flexible, so try doing the splits as far as you again regularly.

in grammar n middle school i was the kid always being picked on n shit n i can't take it anymore... however they're not the ones who set me over the edge... that was my cuz's friends ...n i can keep bottling up my anger anymore...to show everyone of them that im not the person they think i am, ive decided to start taking tae kwon do over the summer... not just for kicking their asses but also as a good thing to have.. cuz im just a tall skinny weak white kid... i cant wait cuz i wanna go far...
