BedsParkour were contacted by the local press to have an article written about us and a video made to accompany it.
This is the video that was filmed; it features BedsParkour members Bloobirds and Maz training in Luton and also has some speech explaining certain elements of parkour.

i so want to free run but my osgood schlatters just stops me :/ i might start of wiv a m8 of mine, do u kno any gd places in wootton?

If you take it easy you'll be fine :)

As long as you warm up properly and don't do anything unnecessary, you'll have no problems.

Unfortunately I've never trained in Wootton, so don't know of any places, the best thing to do is to just go exploring with your mate :)

Nice! im coming to luton for uni next sat so hopefully ill find people who i can try with =D

are u allowed to do parkour there or isit like london where security tell u to stop jumping?
