For one, Dundee is in Scotland which is a separate country, however as 4 countries - Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales we make up the United Kingdom. And the other thing, if Americans didn't want Obama they wouldn't have elected him. Democracy that's what got him into power. Its just a video and we all have a right to an opinion.
