Wow. seems like a great gym. You have so much stuff!. This is pretty much what i want to do. Open a place of my own, with unique equipment, ropes, kettlebells, powerracks, dip bars, paralletts , olympic rings, olympic bar n weights.! Awesome stuff man. I actually bought a Big aluminum keg off someone for 45$ bucks today to train with. Not sure if i got ripped off but im excited to try it out tomrw!

LOVE IT!!! I would be there in a minute but alas I live in Northen Maine.
I used your idea for making a Bulgarian Bag, THANKS I added side handles by putting small radiator return hose on it with heavy duty zip ties and covered them up with Gorilla tape (really strong stuff, it worked great!) I made it 40 lbs and I can do everything with it but spins are tough. I am going to make a second one at about 25 to 30.
Hi Matt, i was just wondering, because im wrestler do you think i should be focusing more on body weight training where i can incorporate explosiveness with muscular endurance, or should i be focused on explosive powerful movements such as deep squats and clean and presses?Or should i try to get both into my work outs. For example right now i do alot of heavy deep squats and alot of dead lifts, but i also incorporate alot of pulls ups and push ups and body weight squats. what do you think?

@Acarr224 your power is an expression of your strength, keep getting stronger. seems like youre on the right track, stay athletic by always doing bodyweight conditioning along with strength exercises

i wonder if you could make a slosh pipe teeter totter from it...the weight is more at the bottom and decreases as you stand higher...tie a nylon strap to yourself and do squats with it....or make it a slosh pipe, then attach a strap at the middle of the pipe and attach to yourself for unbalanced squats....just some things to consider...cheers
