I have the best luck w/ random encounter shiny Roselias. 1st was on my Platinum a while back, and the 2nd was on my Ruby a week ago!

Good job on the catch, on route 221, (I could be wrong) I managed to successfully chain Roselia to forty on my first try, during a Farfetch'd swarm, with my timid natured espeon, and a special shroomish from Hailey from pokemon ranch, I managed to catch four shiny roselia, two male, two female.
Out of the four roselia, three of them had a Timid nature, thanks to my Espeon.

I randomly found a Shiny Roselia about half an hour ago in the Trophy garden...while I was trying to find shiny Eevee...You're so good at shiny hunting! I always break the chain after like, 15 or so...

Congrats. I recently found a random shiny roselia in the trophy garden as well, but it broke my chain of 23 cleffa.
