balanced relationship. Only with china and other emerging nations. america is too arrogant, europe is colonial. Its europeans ,candians and americans who insist, on paying 1000 th of the true value of a comodity. For example western mining companies typically pay only 5% royalty for gold and copper, its obvious africa is turning to china for good reason.

Africa be aware. They will come offering short term gain only. Just like they have done in other parts of the world they will take your resources, employ their own people not yours, send the money and resources back to China, have no respect for your environment, have you sign agreements which will work against you and then you will have them start settling in your communities and undercutting your local businesses.
