This cheesecake is incredibly rich and creamy, add on the chocolate crumb crust and light, raspberry, cream cheese frosting and you have one amazing cheesecake!
This cheesecake is great anytime, however, it works especially well on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries!
This video is part one of a two-part video, be sure to watch part 2!
Interesting....time to buy some proper utensils.....Did you ever consider baking your cheese cake in a water bath?? I bake mine at 325 for 1 hour in a water bath, then turn the oven off and let it remain in the oven for an additional hour to cool slowly. Never had a bad one yet and I sell upwards of 50 every holiday season. Thanks for posting.

Are you a bachelor? You're missing some utensils (spatula) LOLs! But seriously dude, you are making a delicious looking cheesecake. I am going to make this someday when I have a springform pan.
