Sorry but both of you make that mistake that you lean over your dogs when you pet them, remember a dogs instinct says it`s/you`re behaving is threatened. Neel down and sit with your side too the dog when you pet them and NEVER start pet a dog with your hand OVER it`s head. NOT even that you`re the owner and "maybe" know your dogs very much. :o) And if you look at the video, then you can see 1 of the women having her shoulders all up her ears, she need too relaxe. When that`s sai, then GOOD JOB
