Hello, I think it'll be great if you read the book "The Miracle Worker." Helen Keller is deaf, blind, and mute after 19months of her birth. So before she met and learned from Annie Sullivan (the other girl you were talking about) she is like a untamed animal, uneducated and wild. The conflicts or fights you see in the clip are the time before Helen is educated. She is mad and not used to things like politeness or respect so she is behaving like that to Annie Sullivan, her teacher. Hope I helped.
