Noemi Perkin gives a wide-ranging Introduction to the subject of healing. Her subject is the King Technique, a method of hands-on healing devised by Dr. George King. It is a means of energy healing - in other words healing by the direct transmission of energy from the healer to the patient. Other names for this include spiritual healing, which it certainly is, as this type of healing makes a demand on the spiritual side of man and uses the subtle aspects of man - the psychic centres and aura. "Faith healing" is incorrect as it does not depend on the patient or healer having "faith".
