this is a version of 'Crown Him with many crowns' including a new chorus tag that we first heard at the 'worship God 06' conference at Covenant Life Church. It had a great response and i like the feel that we gave to it.

Recorded at Harvest Bible Chapel Elgin. July 2008.

  • This is such an amazing new arrangement of an ancient hymn of worship. Amazing!

  • Nicely done. I think the traditional hymns still have their place in the church when done in a manner that reaches a contemporary audience.

  • @Bootsie1776 @justtim I agree with @Bootsie1776 . God loves variety and creativity in ways which we can honour and glorify him as long as we can do it in a way which we do not break his laws (sin) to do so.

  • @justtim Yes all traditional hymns will always have their place in the church. No matter how it is presented. For me I just prefer the old tradional organ presentation but I find no fault with this presentation. Great performance.

  • im so glad the church i was raised in is just as christ centered All Saints Anglican Church Bakersfield California

  • @MrBlockHaus Ancient hymn? The most of the text to this hymn was written in 1852, with a couple verses written in 1874. The tune, named Diademata, is from 1868. The tune isn't even 150 years old, not anywhere near ancient.

  • HBC is the best place in whole world to be.
