This is not another training "gimmick".
The Barbell Crazy Plate Press known as the "Bamboo Crazy Plate Press" is a pressing variation used to prevent and restore shoulder weakness and instability. This movement can be cycled into your training during an upper body day as well as a movement that can be used while deloading off a training cycle for restoritive purposes.
This movement has had much success with athletes of all sports at the highest level.
