Again, if you haven't, watch the two videos I cited. The discussion on this is good. It seems to me that this kind of negligence by a sitting president is either of incompetence or intent. The GOP is acting criminally opportunistic, not just on the Aid question. Where's the pressure to evoke the required federal response to this crisis?
