[UMS Test 5] - Touhou - StarCraft 2

UMS review number 5! This one is a very Japanese influenced map.

Pros: VERY challenging! Multiple characters. Unique boss fights. Lots of potential. Good controls. Good GUI.

Cons: No save points. Character blends in with background. All the bosses are Thors. There totally could be better music :P

Husky Rating: 8/10

Reason: This map is one of the most flushed out maps I've played to date. From what I've been told, there is potential for tons more characters to be added. Coupled with a very steep challenge for this map I gave it high marks. The rating isnt higher because of no save points and a little less content than I'd like to see in a finished version.

The original Touhou games are a series of 13 main games, featuring you as the heroine, going through about six maps per game of side scrolling >bullet hell<. Your quest is different from game to game, but you always end up kicking lolis.

The original games are created by a man called ZUN. I heard from somewhere that if you don't live in japan, you can download the original games for free.

There is currently a torrent with all the games on TPB.

graze is obviously bullets GRAZING you? lol? you get poitns from that.

power is obviously POWER, aka your atk per bullet hit

and so yeah and there are smaller fights in the original, why dont you just look up a tutorial? Its the same boss your fighting, different maybe SPELL CARDS? (well not spell cards with SC2, but w.e same concept)
