The following is a sing-along of the song "Rock Me Sexy Jesus" from the major motion picture "Hamlet 2," now on DVD.
The poster is Roman Catholic and personally finds nothing offensive about the song. One or two lyrics are in bad taste, but he gets the joke, he loves God/Christ regardless and feels that the Lord has a well developed sense of humor (we had Bush as President for eight years. If that isn't America's greatest punch line, I don't know what is). And also, for those who complain about how evil and depraved this song is, there is another song in the film called "Raped in the Face." Personally, that song was far more degrading than this ever was.

Religion is supposed to pull people together but there is nothing that pulls the whole world apart more then religion. Think about it. Terrorism, Nazis, i'm sure there's more but that's at the top of my head.

It's just a song.
My God.
After I listened to this song, I wasn't torn to pieces by God and thrown into a firey red pit of Hell, and I still believe in God...
And this talks about how awesome Jesus was and the miracles he did on Earth.
And please explain how what you listen to or watch has any effect at all on your religous life.
