You're meant to put the Fuel Control Switches to run when you see around 6-8 of Oil Pressure. That's the standard procedure for the B777.

Haha, us Flight Skool has had several discussions about the stupidity of Cessna154 already, so that's covered ;P
I'm amazed at how everyone thinks he knows how to fly even though he only uses default planes and his landings suck. The only thing good is his computer...

@RixceU Cessna154 is the most idiot guy I ever seen here. Stupid videos with stupid lessons. The guy is a retard and is funny how the people trust in the guy. Btw, like you said.. nice video, but its not really accurate.

First of all, keep in mind that this is NOT a Boeing 737. The Boeing 777 has an autostart system which automatically feeds the fuel to the engine at the predetermined N2 setting. I also understand there is a lot to do after the engines are started, but showing them in the video would take time and after all, the main purpose of the video is to demonstrate an engine start.
No way can the EGT come up that fast? Like 700 degrees and 1.5 seconds?!

@jmaryk
The software is pretty bad at replicating that aspect of the engine start process. There's a whole lot I can say about the inaccuracies of the sim. That's why I'm looking forward for PMDG's 777, but sadly I heard it's only for FSX...

Where can I download the beeping sound that plays when the engine start switch is flipped and/or the engine starts?

@SenjoroNie
Search flightsim or avsim for "Boeing master caution" in the sounds section. I can't guarantee a find for it because this one came with PSS 777.
