UFO Fever in Scottish Town

A TOWN has been gripped by a UFO frenzy after 16 mysterious 'balls of fire were spotted flying through the sky. Local man Martin Forbes captured the spine-tingling moment on his mobile phone after noticing the bright red lights moving up over the Fraserburgh skyline.The 21-year-old health and safety advisor said dozens of friends and neighbours witnessed the eerie phenomena as they passed overhead during a clear night in the Aberdeenshire village. The two and a half minute video shows several orbs of light rising into the sky travelling upwards into the sky. Mr Forbes, who works for an engineering firm in Aberdeen, said he has never seen anything like it before in his life. He said: The ones that went up first were traveling at about the same speed. But the other ones after that, they came across the sky quite quickly, moving from a north to south direction pretty fast. Martin said a panicked neighbour grabbed a pair of binoculars to get a better look at the strange lights when they appeared on Sunday night. He continued: My neighbour said they looked like bright, fiery, red balls of fire with rings around them. My girlfriend called just at the same time as I was taking pictures and she was watching them too. There was actually quite a lot of people who saw them, they were totally silent. The 21-year-old also said there had been an unusually high number of military jets over the area in the days leading up to the UFO sighting.

me and my cousin saw 3 things like this last night 9/11 in bridge of don. We were just sitting outside and i thought i seen a flash in the sky so i looked up my cousin looked up at the same time so we knew we both saw something. Then after gazing at the stars for a couple of minutes we seen what looked like a normal star but it was moving slowly to the right and the further it went the harder it was to see. Just a couple of minutes later we both clearly saw a shooting star appear then disappear

Lanterns 100% look at the way they are all floating in the same way and direction. tho the way this has been filmed with the camera on its side tricks u a bit at first until you notice the angle of the street light.

Same thing happened to my cousin years ago. It was in Alabama, though, so I don't reckon it's related to your experience.

i would be sceptacle if i hadn't seen balls of light in the sky in aberdeenshire too. i was watching one sitting perfectly still for ages then it went straight up really quickly, weird.
