I say don't delete your old stuff, seeing back to what your views were on something years ago is always interesting. But starting over sounds like a good idea, just keep your old videos.

First comment ^_^ I think it would be a great idea for you to start over, and separate your 3 topics into channels! I think it would really help with organization. Maybe you can make an announcement for your other 2 new channels, but since you started them on this one, keep you BJD videos on this specific channel, but still maybe delete your old ones if you really want to start off clean :)
