Tis is just a test-alu cutting with 5 mm end-mill - 4 mm deep and with 2mm passes.A hole diameter is 30mm.The router weight is 60 kg.

I wonder why the aluminium doesn't stick to the cutter and break it. :P
That's the problem I have even with quite light passes.

Nice I see it has no problem milling aluminum!
I just think you should get a spindle with more rotations/more stable keeping the rotations, what you think?
