This part finishes up going through the Cragmite Ruins with Ratchet, after we reunite with others I go back and get the Gold Bolts for this level, and fly off for Meridian City, enjoy.

Same with Sora and Donald, but now those two, along with Goofy, share a brother-like bond. If it was like the KH series, then Clank would always be a part of Ratchet's heart and vise versa. :)
