@bobcharlotte He' doesn't cross the line, considering the 180 degree line is in the same position as the one white line on the road. He can move 180 degrees from that point without crossing the line (which he didn't).

when you shot the video footage anyone ever teach you not to "cross the line" - jump from one side of the subject to the other. disorients the viewer.
