@ausdublin what you need to do is on the effects panel with the knobs, it will say Effectrix with two icons to the left, one to enable/disable it and the next one will open the window, it looks like the maximize icon in Windows.

I've been looking for a step sequencer like this for a long time. It's awesome, and I'm still just beginning to learn how to use it! Do you know how to automate it (ie. alternate effects patterns) from within the logic environment?
