Once again, the Mayo High School kids are showing how much they care about the world around them. This year, my club (Mayo's International Relations Association) is doing its annual fundraiser for the people of Haiti and Chile, through Operation USA. So far, in the first week, we have raised over $1400! Our goal is $5000, and we have 2 weeks left of the fundraiser, so let's see what the students and staff can pull off this year!
Update: So our final counts stands at just over $3300! We might not have reached our goal, but we are certainly proud of all of the students and staff at our school for their participation!
