napa police i think r the tuffest cuz theres people from oakland that moved to napa and they get watched like a hog, an napa police will shoot u if u try to punch them, this one oakland kid try fightin a napa police man but got tazered pepper sparyed tackled an beaten by at least 10 other police men, but i remember back in the 70's that napa was the number one crank capital in california but after the 1983 bust in napa, oakland was the new number 1

@ryanlakey I agree. What people need to realize is that these chimps are not scared of law or even the ordinary good citizen hiding in their homes because of the fact that there is no tough law. Having said that, Oakland is not as bad as you think. You can make a difference if you join the Oakland Police. Starting salary for an entry level recruit is $70k dollars.
