@Hectorson3 Yep, as Director Vance and Jethro Gibbs, respectively; plus, at one time, Lauren Holly, who also was on this series, played Vance's predecessor, Jenny Shepherd.

Indeed they were.
Mark Harmon was on the show from 1996 to 2000, Thomas Gibson from 1994 to 1997 and Mandy Patinkin from 1994-1996 and again from 1999 to 2000.
