Chipper is a one year old neutered Pit Bull Terrier. He has been at the shelter since Jan 17. Chipper is highly stressed in the kennel. He chases his tail and ended up mauling it so the the doctor docked his tail. He is still chasing his tail and does not do well in the kennel. Chipper needs to be rescued or adopted ASAP. He is friendly with people and other dogs.
