At any "MISSION COMPLETE" screen, type "sammy", then launch the next mission.

As long as you don't die, this level is endless as far as I know.

It's like a single player deathmatch. :P I got sniped at the end. Usually I survive longer, but I wanted this video to not be too long anyway, so it's all good.
