OBVIOUSLY! Gatorade is to rehydrate you when you lose a lot of sweat during a game and you need or any exercise not to sit around and eat chips and watch TV. But water is the greatest but water does not replace electrolytes such as Sodium, Potassium, and Calcium which if you don't have enough of you will faint, but Gatorade replenishes these.
