Portal Gun in Half Life 2!

Following Primotechs guide I decided to give this a shot. Takes about 2 mins, easy as pie and lets you complete Half Life 2 in 1/4 of the time (probably less :D)

Well I havn't tested it a lot, but yeah if you follow the guide properly and import all the maps and scenes from HL2 into the Portal folder, you should just be able to load up the first map on HL2 then play through :)

O.o This Isn't the portal gun in half life 2, all this is is the portal gun in portal... If you look at the beginning of the vid you can see the portal menu and all he has done is copy half life 2 maps/ files into the portal game and accessed it though the console. Pretty cool though.

You have only put some hl2 maps into Portal..... then you have open console open this map and type into console impulse 101...

Omg... please do yourself a favor and comment on even older comments, or go read a tutotrial on how to do this. I have done this and it's not just copy/paste one bsp from a folder to another.
