Single Arm Drill of free and back
Free and Back working on timing and deep catch
dolphin dips w/ arms extended and at side and 3.33lb ankle weight on each ankle.

Notably my backstroke pull was horrible. For some reason I managed to have my hand lead through the pull and that caused my forearm to not be vertical. This explains why there was so little resistance through my pulls relative to my hand/forearm speed backward.

Overall pretty happy with the rest of the stuff though!
