  • Да здравствует император!

    Привет из Германии.

  • Beautiful. This, and not the blood-stained current tune, should be the current anthem.

  • Боже царя храни, но победит Путин.

  • What wonderful singing

  • God Save the Tsar!

  • God save the Emperor, mighty and powerful! Long let him reign to Thy glory! Orthodox Tsar and ruler of the people! God save the Tsar! God save the Tsar!

  • the basis of the lyrics sounds like a church chant for the reasons that the russians belived a happy song about their lord beibg asked to save their Tsar felt a bit stupid

  • @hark2e Yes he did in the 1812 Overture . Fantastic singing .

  • @keedaman

    A. V. L'vov was the court Chapel composer. The chant system that he and Bakhmetev developed is still used in parts of the Orthodox Church.
