Dynamic Effort Lower Body Workout for 01/27/2012. Started off with 18" front box squats with Iron Woody #3 Fitness bands (95lbs of band tension). Working sets were 218lbs for ten sets of two. Then uni-lateral leg presses. Lifts were 455x12,505x12,555x12 and 605x12 (PR+2 reps). Finally, modified glute ham raises. Lifts were bw+10x12,bw+35x12,bw+60x12 and bw+85x9 (PR+2 reps).
