Chasing After The Wind, Blue Highway

A song by Tim Stafford of the Blue Highway country music band. It speaks of the futility of living a life not rightly related to God as found in the first chapter of Ecclesistes. I have used picures of current and hisorical celebrities as illustrations of accomplished people like the author of Ecclesiastes, who many believe is King Solomon. I am not making judgments on their spiritual lives.
Jesus, God's Son, came to give us a full and abundant life in Him, a life worth celebrating, His salvation is a gift to both the famous and the not so famous. It's freely given to anyone who asks, because Jesus Christ paid the price on the cross.

If this doesn't give you chill bumps on the back of your neck, check your pulse. Blue Highway's harmony is as perfect as it is haunting.  There is much wisdom in this song. Vanity of vanities... all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
