She is not in the position to give an advice to anyone about the class and etiquette.
She does not know how to dress, to talk or behave. She is rude, she is disrespectful to others and Betenny was right calling her a snake, because she is.

It should be "Countess de le Bullshit" -- come on, really! I just watched part of a clip where she's "imparting etiquette" on some young ladies and when a girl asks a question she LAUGHS at the girl's question.
