@Northernmight start listening to blues, than move to bluesy jazz, than to jazz( hard bop), than you will start liking this,see if you like the allman brothers,

@Northernmight I know there is a lot to it, because i'm just starting to get into it, with several courses at school and whatnot, but jazz is what it is. If you don't appreciate it's sound with no knowledge of it, then maybe it really ins't your thing.
