VAWT Vertical Axis Wind Turbine mounted on my house on June 22, 2010. I have it mounted on a 16' post. The parts come from windgenkits.com. I have it hooked to 2 6 Volt golf cart batteries. Generates 12 volts in an 8 mph wind.

  • Wow! That's got to be one of the cleanest and nicest looking windturbines that I've seen. It's looks great! The craftsmanship is superb!

  • I bought this kit. I'm assembling it now and the holes on the wings aren't lining

up with the holes on the ribs. Did you run into problems like this?

  • @thrundar

  • looks good, where'd you get the plans? or did you wing it?
