EFF designer Hugh D'Andrade creates a fanciful mural-sized political cartoon depicting how the NSA's illegal spying program operates inside AT&T's San Francisco facility.
Has he ever been stopped at the airport? They would say he is a terrorist and a major threat to "national security". I do believe this would be protected under 1st no? Gov doesnt want it
Maybe (about AT&T), but it has nothing to do with communism. I would not call them communists, though it is what the called themselves (same goes for most communistic states). Saying I am a tree, does not make me one.

Well this isn't as bad as the things the Nazis did.
Also, when IBM received the proposal, they weren't going to initially access the data without warrant, a key difference.
This network, was orinally proposed for "retroactive wiretapping" with "spider-function" capability from active nodes.
That IS legal, but what they are NOW using it for is completely illegal. (Scanning for keywords and such.)
