I don't want a classroom of nodding bobbleheads. I want students to be genuinely engaged and that means different things for different students. One criticism, why bring up TFA and not newly credentialed teachers who are committed to teaching beyond 2 years and have the necessary training?

It will be a great day in education when Mr. Snyder looks back on this video, shakes his head, and with contrite heart can list all the points about it that are wrong and simplistic notions.
