I am deeply touched and enthused by the global uprising going on right now. This song is my way of encouraging those that feel called to protest to do so in the footsteps of Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and Egypt. I am all for a peaceful approach with a focus on what we want, not on demonizing other human beings or focusing on what we don't want. These are exciting times!

What I especially like about this song is its emphasis on standing up for love rather than creating the polarizations and hostilities that are the inevitable results of "fighting against" something. Glo
