Yeah, this is a different oven than the previous video. You're right about your criticism in the other video, the oven wasn't quite hot enough and there wasn't a huge fire in the chamber. Our dough recipe is also slightly different. You can see there was a little too much bench flour on the peel for this pie and so a little burned on the oven floor. Always a learning experience!
