The colours are caused by atmospheric diffraction.
Look at any low-down star or planet at night, and the colours change.
The atmosphere works like a prism if light comes in at a low angle splitting light into various colours.
Unsteady atmosphere causes colours to vary.
Also
I checked time, date and location with astronomy mapping software.
Matches EXACTLY with Venus.
This vid is a combination of Venus, low-down - poor optics - and crap camera technique.
-
It's 'vaguely similar' to a textbook collimation pattern, But IDENTICAL to what you see in real life when doing the collimation test.
The colours are caused by atmospheric refraction - same as you get when any star is low in the sky - The movement is caused by the cam being hand-held at high zoom
I checked location, date & time with astronomy mapping software - Venus was low to the S-W at the time.
It's Venus, at high zoom, in a cam - that's struggling to focus.

its a gateway to another dimension, go look at the north pole of saturn
-
The colorful, prismatic light oscillation or undulation which fluctuates on the unknown object seems to resembles something similar to lots of unknown objects seen in the NASA tether experiment except NASA video was more like black and white.
-
who ever took this film know that if they keep the lens out that the object will look blurred and this is exactly what they did so NO ufo and nothing much at all
-
@carlosdfc Your wrong friend.
