@meggles1123456 W7 starter doesn't allow background personalization but you can download oceanis background changer. It's very easy to use and the program is clean it was recommended in a Microsoft official website to me. In this program you background basically becomes a slideshow. Hope this helps

Hey there, awesome review/hands on, I have been doing a ton of research on Netbooks and this one seems promising and I could use one for college. I'm going into Computer Information Systems (Comp. Science) and I'm curious as to whether or not this would be good for writing papers, and programming. Also what is the max battery life ( IF 6+ hours that would be amazing ), also is the ram upgradable (im assuming it's a 1 gig), please reply and thank you very much
