Feeding Bowie

So the bird my sister found turned out not to be a vulture, but a Barn Owl Chick.
This bird was hungry so i decided to fire up the camera and record a feeding before he went back to sleep.

Young man, I commend you for rescuing this baby barn owl. But I implore you to call your local SPCA or Wildlife Rescue Authority immediately. These birds are extremely fragile. You must engage professional assistance immediately if this baby is to survive. They require specific diet and life support conditions. Please, please do not further attempt to care for this owl yourself. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. Thank you, my friend!!

@salviati Yes i am aware of that i need to get him to a shelter, but right now we are just trying to keep him alive until monday

my sisters boyfriends father knows of a shelter and we plan to give the bird to them

newborn cats, dogs, birds, humans

it will get cuter as it grows.

try looking up Barn owls they are beautiful creatures when they reach adulthood
