  • You have to be more specific, what did not work? I assume you tried "view3dscene", that's what I would advice.

The bump_mapping example is only in the engine sources (see the URL and click on "Kambi VRML game engine — overview and sources for developers" (I can't paste any links here)). You'll need a little programming knowledge to compile it yourself. Better start by trying "view3dscene".

  • And yes, it's possible to make FPS games using my engine (there's even one game, "the castle", already done by me :)), although for now you will need again a little programming knowledge (pure VRML scripting will not be enough for full FPS game).

  • did you make it all by yourself?

    what program did you use?

  • Yes, this is all my code (GLSL shader + programming in ObjectPascal, sample models in Blender). The beginning shows sample teapots opened by view3dscene, and the rest shows parallax mapping by bump_mapping example from engine sources. Both engine sources and view3dscene are available for download, see URL in video description.

  • 0:17 - oblivion's "ghost" shader :)

  • Thanks for answering =D

I tryed to somehow download the program you used, because the program I'm using doesn't support transparant textures but when I entered the page I didn't see any links for the program you are using, I only found one link for what I thought was the program, but I couldn't get it working... prehaps I should try something else? (btw, I have seen some VRML games (FPS), Is it possible to make that in this program?)
