Touhou Hisoutensoku - Alice (gamercal) vs Sanae (McDodgerMan)

Yeah yeah, more Alice blah. I played quite a few games with this guy today, and he's definitely very good by my standards. Definitely gave me quite the run in every game, with most of them coming down to sub 1000 HP to the winner. I didn't win all of the games, but lag really bit me in some of them... and they weren't even close enough to consider saving the replays of them since I played freaking terribly... and I don't say that because I lost those games, I say that because I genuinely was god-awful in them. Unusual, since I play so well with Yukari normally... it would be a disgrace to put such terribly playing up when this sort of game happened!

This one... well, this was astonishing. Easily the best game we had in my eyes. I definitely deserved to lose game 1 with the way I played for the first minute, but stealing Sanae's trick and quite literally performing a miracle got me back in from what must've been at least an 8000 HP deficit to win by the tightest of margins.

The second game I definitely deserved the loss; I got cornered so much and that Esoterica barrier really did a number on me. Very good spell card, one I haven't used before but have built a deck with so I'll really need to give it a go.

The third game pretty much saw my skills become really well-developed (I actually USED the Grimoires I should've used during round 2!), and in the end I think that's what gave me the edge. That and Seeker Wire is a BEAST of a skill - very sly attack!

Great game there McDodgerMan, I'm sure we'll have many more at a later time! I have one other match from our session that I want to upload, but this one was too awesome not to put up!
