i bought the hair,skin,nails with 3000 biotin i was taking 1 a day or 2 a day and today i started taking 3 a day hope its ok because the instructions do say 3 a day

@MeeYC I always space them out. But don't be afraid to take a couple at a time in case you forget. It happens :P
