amazing, my sun conure isn't responsive to training at all, he's afraid of almost everything i try to give him, including toys, and all he wants to do is sit on me, any tips?

Hi, kygal. First find a strong reinforcer (like food). Then begin by rewarding small successes. So to introduce new objects, place them at a distance where your parrot is comfortable and give your bird a treat. Then bring the toy progressively closer (while giving rewards) until you can present the toy without a fear response. It may take time, so just be patient.
